About Me

I have lived a varied life with many passions and interests: I have performed at a high level in sports, I have been a professional chef in very busy kitchens and I continue to write, writing being my first love. In between all this, I have also experienced the cultures of different countries.

This varied life has led me to understand one fundamental thing about people, we are infinitely interesting, even if we don’t believe so. We have stories all of our own and are constantly undergoing change, yet at the same time, fear it. Life can be scary, indeed Nietzsche said life is suffering – touch bleak if you ask me - but he also said to survive is to find some meaning in the suffering. In my life I have always taken great joy in not only helping others to survive, but also to flourish, to find meaning, value and happiness.

It is my belief that the best way to understand people is through a holistic approach which values the lived experience of each person, taking into account their context, wants, needs, habits, values and contradictions. Each person must be seen as a whole and to achieve this, I have developed a therapeutic approach which combines various methods, hypnotherapy being the cornerstone.

It is my belief that within my varied approach lies a combination that can help you with whatever it may be that has lead you to my website and to me.
